| Found in 1961 when our parent company, Mee Shic Steel Bed Furniture Co., was
first opened in Kowloon, Hong Kong where we specialized in manufacturing steel beds. In 1967, our sister
company, Tai Wah Furniture Co., was established. It carried a more varieties of household
furniture which imported mainly from China and distributing locally in Hong Kong. In 1981, we
increased our clientele from household consumers to retailers by opened up our third company, Hang Fat Hong (a
subsidiary of H.T.M. Company Limited), where we wholesale directly to
the retail stores. Since then, we continue to expand our product line by importing from China,
Taiwan, and Europe to include a full line of computer and office furniture, shoes cabinets,
bathroom accessories, kitchen accessories, building materials and
hardware supplies. We carry over hundreds different kind of products. Please
